Will my information be held in confidence?
Yes, your information will be held in the strictest confidence. I know and understand the importance of confidentiality, and your information will not be shared, ever. If you have concerns about any information, we can discuss your concerns in detail and put additional safeguards in place, if needed.
Where are you located?
Will I be required to sign a contract?
My home and home office are located in Carrollton, Texas.
There are no long-term service contract requirements, but I do require that you agree to and sign a terms of service contract before any work can begin.
Can any of the monthly hours rollover?
All hours purchased expire at the end of the 30-day period. It is my goal to provide you all the services you paid for, so hours are tracked, monitored, and the balance communicated on a regular basis.
What types of payments do you accept?
Credit card and ACH payments are accepted and easily executed through the invoice.
